Conditions of Sale

The members and staff of The Designer’s Market, Inc. want our customers to have the most positive shopping experience possible. Please understand that the following conditions are set to help achieve this goal:

• Stocked items may be returned within 48 hours if the products are in the original and unopened condition. However, returns are subject to a 15% re-stock charge. We cannot accept returns on “Special Sale” items or cut to size orders (Roll Goods).

• All Special Orders (anything not in stock) require a 50% deposit, are non-cancelable, and may not be returned.

• Additional freight charges will apply.

• All posted prices are subject to confirmation.

• Unless otherwise arranged in advance, any balance due will be charged to the card on file at the time of material pick up or completion of installation.

• Builder referred customers will be billed through their contractor unless stated otherwise in advance of purchase.

• A Design Retainer is required for any project requiring design services.
